June and October
January
Come and experience all WBS has to offer at one of our Open Days. Hear from Course Directors, the CareersPlus team and current students. Open Days usually run four times a year and enable you to visit WBS, meet our academics and tour campus accommodation. W warwick.ac.uk/study/undergraduate/visits Alternatively, you can arrange a 1-2-1 information session with us online or in person to find out more about our courses and life at WBS.
Applications for all 2026 entry undergraduate courses, except those with a 15 October deadline, should arrive at UCAS by 18:00 (UK time) on 14 January 2026. This is our ‘equal consideration’ deadline, which means course providers must consider all applications received by this time equally.
December 2025 – April 2026
If you have received an offer for WBS, you will be invited to our Offer Holder Open Days.
March, April

Foundation Year applications are shortlisted, those selected will attend our assessment centres and offers will be sent out.

May – July
Offer holders taking a wide range of international qualifications such as the French Baccalaureate and Indian Class XII submit their results, and those who have met all of the conditions of their offer will have their offers made unconditional.
September
UCAS opens for 2026 applications. You must apply through UCAS using the institution code W20. We do not usually interview candidates (unless you apply for our Foundation Year) so do make sure your UCAS submission contains information about your academic and extracurricular achievements to show us why you are interested in joining us.
July – August
A-level, BTEC and International Baccalaureate results are received by UCAS and those who have met all of the conditions of their offer will have their offers made unconditional.
