By helping educators apply strategies in the classroom, build upon their strengths, and reflect on their practices, we can fulfill our mission to embed new ideas and strategies that will improve student achievement. Our coaching is designed to:

Empower educators to set and reach goals as they maximize their skills
Refine instruction through one-on-one partnerships or group sessions with instructional teams
Our framework includes preconference meetings to plan the coaching focus, classroom visits to observe student learning, and reflective meetings for the educator to identify goals for student learning and next steps in collaboration with the coach.
