In the “Email settings” you can setup: - sender; - subject of the letter; - message text; - the recipient of the customer’s response.

Required fields in “General”: - name of the exhibition; - timing; - user groups with access.

To add documents to the exhibition you should click on the exhibition itself and click the "add“ button. First of all, you create a collection (folder) and then you attach the documents to the collection.

The employee whose e- mail has been entered will receive an invitation to log in. He/she will need to follow the link in the letter, come up with a password and install the mobile application on the device.

You can assign statuses to the users: Sales - get access to the mobile application. Administrator - gets access to the mobile application and admin panel (can manage content, add users).
