A Special THANK YOU

From David Friedman, Board Chair, and Artie Allen, CEO The Aaron Family Jewish Community Center of Dallas plays a special role in our community in times of joy and sorrow. The past several weeks have been emotional as we continue to hear the tragic news coming from our beloved State of Israel. Tonight, we personify our mission to bring the community together and find comfort in gathering with each other while showing our strength and resolve as a community. Year after year, our annual be. event brings people together to raise funds to support the J’s many innovative programs that bring hundreds of people through our doors each day. Tonight, we are honored to donate a portion of the proceeds to Israel relief efforts and to provide each game show contest winner with a donation to their chosen charity. Along with fun, food, and entertainment, be. GAME will blend one of the newest game shows with a time-honored show along with our friends and families as contestants. In addition to having fun, we are sure to create some friendly, light-hearted competition! Your sponsorship, auction purchases, raffle ticket purchases, and your attendance tonight provide necessary funds to maintain and operate our wonderful J. You make this possible, and we are grateful for your enduring support! A special thanks to the be. event Chairs who have worked tirelessly on the execution of tonight’s program. We offer our sincere gratitude for creating this very special and successful event. To our community contestants, we extend a heartfelt thank you for your enthusiastic participation. Exciting things are happening at the J, including the completion of a new outdoor pool experience. Coming soon, you will enjoy new locker rooms, a renovated fitness floor, and a kosher dairy kitchen. For those of you that are members, we thank you, and for those that are not yet members, we invite you to visit and experience all the J has to offer.
