ENGAGEMENT

STEWARDSHIP

Greenbelt engaged with audiences across Essex County through educational programs, family-friendly outdoor activities, and active community events — offering people of all ages and backgrounds meaningful ways to connect with nature and conservation.

Greenbelt’s Stewardship team continued to care for and manage all our protected properties, working to ensure their ecological health while enhancing public safety and access. Key priorities for the year were habitat restoration, invasive species control, and the maintenance and expansion of trails.
