What do I need to do differently as a D.C. in light of this case? ■ Patient history—explore headache and neck pain as fully as possible looking for: – Pain described as being unlike anything I have ever had before in my life, or, the worst pain I have ever had – A family history of aneurysm or dissection – Patient or family history of Marfan’s, osteogenesis imperfecta 1, Ehler-Danlos syndrome, fibromuscular degeneration, clotting disorders
