x Downward displacement of the cerebellar tonsils x Often misdiagnosed as a Chiari I malformation ◦ CT myelography for specific leak site location ◦ Radionuclide cisternography gives broader view but less specific on site location ◦ Low CSF pressure on LP (<60mm of H20) [Norm: 65-195 mm]
