Kent Fire - Head of Property

Introduction

Kent Fire & Rescue Service (KFRS) is seeking to appoint at Head of Property Services to take the lead role for the provision and management of our crucially important estate portfolio. KFRS provides a wide range of services to our customers, whether in their homes, on the roads or out in the community, by assisting to bring about behaviour change and providing a high quality, rapid operational response. Our vision is to help everyone to be safer by working towards a future where no one is killed or seriously injured by a fire or other emergency.

Our Fire & Rescue Service portfolio of consists of 56 fire stations, 24 residential associated properties, our headquarters building and a site housing our training centre, distribution centre and technical rescue centre. Our diverse portfolio spans the length and breadth of the county of Kent and with some properties originating in the late 1800s/early 1900s through to modern facilities delivered in the last 5 years.
