THE GYMNASIUM
The gymnasium situated over two floors, boasts state-of-the- art technology via Technogym and incorporates ‘Excite Live’ – an innovative new digital interface which allows residents’ to work out with a virtual coach. Additional functions also include Technogym ‘Routines’ – a series of exercises where intensity is automatically set up by the equipment, ‘Technogym Outdoors’, which provides residents with the opportunity to train anywhere with a multitude of landscapes and scenarios, alongside personalised entertainment via Netflix, Spotify or YouTube.

YOGA STUDIO
The yoga studio is a tranquil space, equipped with ambient circadian lighting and a virtual instructor, walking residents through their flow from a screen.
