on July 19, although the amount raised at that location has not yet been released. The final scheduled fundraiser will take place on July 25 at the Hawkesbury OPP Detachment. The proceeds from the campaign will support the Sgt. Eric Mueller Endowment Fund for CHEO, which benefits the hospital's Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU). "These events bring together members from various OPP detachments and units, with tremendous support from our volunteer Auxiliary members, to raise funds for the CHEO NICU," said Sergeant Erin Cranton, Media Relations Coordinator for the OPP East Region. "We are hopeful that many community members will attend the remaining two events to learn more about our equipment, meet local emergency service partners, and support this important cause." The OPP is encouraging residents to attend the remaining fundraiser and support the campaign, noting that every donation helps make a difference for children and families receiving care at CHEO.
