Chef Kelley Hicks knows that people love continental cuisine but still wanted to try new foods. She developed straight forward recipes for Grub that can be tweaked to become vegetarian by merely omitting one or two items and substitutingmore vegetable options. A vegan menu will also launch over the next six months. In this way, Grub accommodates all dietary customer needs efficiently with its scratch-made, healthy menu. Cooking since she was 7, she studied at Le Cordon Bleu. Her wide-ranging experience includes being featured on The Food Network and working in five- star hotels, catering, fine dining, and celebrity private chef services.
