A Word From the Pendletons

As we move into the summer months, Damon and I wanted to take a step back and share with you how the novel coronavirus (COVID-19) has impacted our firm. We appreciate your continued trust in the Pendleton Law Team to handle your case, and our commitment to providing you the best legal services in Virginia remains unchanged. The biggest modification we made was an adjustment our in-person interactions. In order to comply with Virginia Governor Ralph Northam’s Executive Order 55, the majority of our staff and attorneys began working remotely. We can communicate with clients via phone, text, email, and USPS, and we can provide videoconferencing as well. We provide in- person meetings by appointment only. This has worked out beautifully, and we thank everyone for their flexibility to accommodate these changes.

then please don’t hesitate to call us at 804- 250-5050, option 3. We might be able to help immediately or point you in the right direction.

As we’re all in this together, we wanted to also take a moment to check in and ask, “How are you doing?”Our clients are like our extended family, and if you are in need of help in any way,

If you’d like to get involved but are unsure how, consider donating blood if you are eligible and able, donating food to your local food bank, donating supplies to your local pet shelters, or writing letters to Meals on Wheels recipients who may feel very isolated during this time. Check in with your area’s organizations that are already mobilizing assistance to those in need and they will be able to plug you in. We are so grateful to be a part of many communities across Virginia, and we thank you for your continued trust in our firm.
