Realign planned shared use path on East Lancaster along Kerr St due to ROW constraints. Add a pedestrian crossing to the potential bridge across IH-30 east of Cooks Lane. Create a trail-oriented development and hub near the Green Oaks Boulevard and East Lancaster Avenue intersection and link trails here to Arlington.
