P OTENTIAL S TREET G RID P ROJECTS
The potential projects listed in the subsequent sections and Table 13 are key roadway projects identified to improve connectivity and strengthen the street grid network within the study area and to other destinations outside of it. They are depicted in Figure 52. Potential roadway projects are categorized by the following project types. Street Grid Improvement Types Network Extension/Additions include new roadways, bridges, or extensions of existing streets. Roadway Enhancements may include safety or capacity improvements or changes to the roadway’s functional classification. Intersection Improvements include enhancements that improve visibility, connectivity, and geometry at roadway intersections. Bridge Improvements include enhancements to bridges and approaches.
