C ONSOLIDATED C ONCEPT P LANS Stakeholders identified nine (9) nodes or concept plan areas, illustrated in Figure 67, to serve as catalyst sites to spur and support future growth and development on the Eastside. Leveraging the place types envisioned in the Advancing East Lancaster Study (see description below), concept plans were developed for each node with land use, street grid, density, and environmental improvements specifically tailored to generate unique experiences to attract future residents and businesses, and/or support transit ridership. The following chapter provides a detailed summary of the concept plans developed for the Eastside Transportation Plan. The complete concept plan document is available in the Appendix.
