A Corridor Hub may have a mixture of residential and commercial uses that serve the local community including grocery stores, restaurants, shops and residential uses. The building scale may vary from one- story commercial buildings to five-story residential and mixed-use buildings.
Neighborhood Hub
A Neighborhood Hub is a small cluster of commercial uses located along a transit route or a local street in the heart of a neighborhood. It caters to locally owned businesses and smaller scale residential buildings including “missing middle” housing. Buildings range from one to three stories.
Regional Amenity
Major regional amenity including regional parks and open space, major sports venues, rivers and lakes, and other destinations that have regional attraction.
