Prioritization Criteria
The project prioritization tool, detailed in Table 17, scores projects based on their impact on overall mobility, safety, and quality of life. It also considers how difficult it may be to navigate the project through the development process. It considers both quantitative and qualitive performance indicators, and projects may receive a maximum of 10 points based on fully or partially satisfying each criterion.
