Prioritizing LPA-Associated Projects

Using the criteria in Figure 17, the Locally Preferred Alternative (LPA) projects, listed below, were analyzed.

Table 18 shows the results of how the LPA projects performed under each of the nine criteria. Based on the results, the Handley Green Route was the top performing project while the East Lancaster Avenue from IH-820 to Handley Drive was the poorest performing project using the prioritization criteria.
