VMT is a measure of the amount of travel for all vehicles in a geographic region over a period of time. VOC is a correlation between the volumes of traffic on a given roadway and the capacity for which it is designed. Walkability refers to the comfort and convenience of pedestrians and wheelchair-bound people on city streets and considers various factors such as infrastructure condition, safety, and comfort, distances from amenities, etc. Refers to local laws or regulations that govern how development on land i.e., commercial, residential, etc. will occur within the governing jurisdiction.
