E XISTING T RANSPORTATION C ONDITIONS
The existing transportation analysis was used to inform the development of locally preferred alternative (LPA) cross-sections for East Lancaster Avenue, Bridge Street, and Brentwood Stair Road and as a basis for transportation project identification, evaluation, prioritization. The assessment will also help identify a locally preferred alternative transit alignment for Route 89 and inform development of multimodal street grid enhancements as part of the concept planning phase of the project.
