Roadways with high number of fatalities and serious crashes are deemed as part of the High Injury Network (HIN). The network within the study area is depicted in Figure 21 and is categorized into vehicle, pedestrian, and bicycle injuries. Notably, parts of East Lancaster Avenue are dedicated as HIN for all three modes and the study area has more pedestrian and vehicle injuries.
