YOUR MONTH ZERO and THE INUKA SALES MONTHS
Your Month Zero and the INUKA Sales Month are important for the purposes of earning your Fast Progress Leadership Cash awards, Monthly Volume Rebates, as well as Quarterly and Annual recognition, rewards and awards.
The month you join is considered Month Zero. We have a Month Zero, as your joining date might be in the middle of a Sales Month or at the end of a Sales Month. To give you the opportunity to have a full INUKA Sales Month to try and meet the minimum requirements of rewards and earnings, your joining date month is considered as Month Zero.
Although your joining month is considered Month Zero, your achievements in Month Zero will be considered if you want to go ahead and meet the requirements to start earning Once-Off Fast Progress Rebates and Volume Rebates.
For example, to earn your Once-Off R1000 Pearl Fast Start Rebate, you must meet the minimum requirements in either Month ZERO, Month 1, OR Month 2.
An INUKA Month starts on the 7th and ends on the 6th of the following month. Should the 6th of a month fall on a weekend or a public holiday, the INUKA month-end is extended to the next business day.
The date on which we have both your legible order and full payment reflected in the INUKA Bank Account for the order will be the Sales Month in which this order and PV will count for you.
Sales values of PV’s are not carried forward from one month to the next INUKA Month. However, all monthly sales and performances contribute towards Quarterly and Annual Recognition and Awards.
You will never be demoted once you have reached an INUKA Status.

MAINTAINING THE INTEGRITY OF THE INUKA UPLINE / DOWNLINE FAMILY TREE STRUCTURE.
Maintaining the integrity of the Upline / Downline Family Tree Structure is critical for the success of every Member and the INUKA Compensation Plan.
To protect the integrity of the INUKA Compensation Plan and safeguard the hard work of all Members, Members cannot make changes in the Upline / Downline Family Tree Structure.
Irrespective of the period of inactivity of a Member, the Member cannot rejoin the INUKA Business. The Member Code, joining date, and Upline will remain the same when the Member restarts his/her INUKA Business.
Price Undercutting We are dedicated to ethical and fair competition, as we sell products based on their quality, functionality, and competitive pricing. Undercutting your Retail Price deprives you of your rightful Retail Profit but also creates a competitive disadvantage to other INUKA Members from having an equal opportunity in building the business and selling their INUKA Products. Product Statements Statements you make about our INUKA Products must be truthful, accurate and not misleading. Never make any improper product claims or exaggerate a product’s benefits and performance.

4. INUKA BUSINESS EARNINGS AND BENEFITS
THE INUKA BUSINESS OFFERS 6 WAYS TO EARN AND BENEFIT: 4.1. Immediate Retail Profit 4.2. Once-Off Fast Progress Leadership Cash Rebates 4.3. Monthly Cash Volume Rebates 4.4. Quarterly Maintenance Rebates 4.5. Annual and Quarterly Cash Rebates & Awards 4.6. Earn a Polo Vivo Comfortline (1.4 L) AND/OR Mercedes Benz A200 Sedan
4.1. Immediate Retail Profit Members buy products at Wholesale Prices from INUKA and sell to their customers at Recommended Retail Prices. The difference between your purchase price (Wholesale Price) and your selling price (Retail Price) is your Retail Profit. INUKA recommends that Members sell at suggested Retail Prices, but you are welcome to independently determine your own selling prices. INUKA suggests a 50% Retail Profit. Based on the 50% Recommended Retail Profit, a R130 Wholesale Product will retail for R195, implying a R65 profit. 4.2. Once-Off Fast Progress Leadership Cash Rebates Once-Off Fast Progress Leadership Cash Rebates are given to Members who achieve Pearl Leadership Status and beyond, within a certain period of time. Once-off cash rebates range between R1,000 to R200,000. Members who achieve Diamond Statuses are paid the Once-off cash rebates regardless of the time since joining. Once you have reached an INUKA status or leadership level, you will NEVER BE DEMOTED. 4.3. Monthly Cash Volume Rebates Qualifying Senior and beyond Members receive monthly cash Volume Rebates. INUKA pays monthly Volume Rebates up to 16% on Personal PV and Group PV, depending on your monthly productivity. Monthly Volume Rebates are based on monthly sales and recruiting efforts by leaders and their downlines (4 levels deep). 4.4. Quarterly Maintenance Rebates In addition to monthly cash Volume Rebate pay-outs, INUKA rewards leaders who maintain Emerald Status and beyond for all 3 months in an INUKA Quarter (Jan - Mar, Apr - Jun, Jul - Sept & Oct - Dec). Quarterly Maintenance Rebates are based on your Group PV (4 levels deep) and your personal recruiting efforts. Quarterly Maintenance Rebates range between R3,500 to R660,000. 4.5. Annual and Quarterly Cash Rebates & Awards To salute hard working business leaders, INUKA gives cash rebates to Members who achieve set challenges as well as to top performing leaders and newcomers. Annual performance bonuses (also referred to as the Rainbow Challenge) reward qualifying Personal Sales, Group Sales, Recruiting and Promoting. Rainbow Performance Rebates are guaranteed unlimited cash rewards to qualifying Leaders.

Earn your Polo Vivo Comfortline 1.4L Hatch by promoting 2 personally introduced Members who had a New Member status on 7 April 2023 to each earn a Sapphire or Beyond Quarterly Maintenance Rebate by September 2024. Terms and Conditions: • The Polo Vivo Comfortline Achiever must at least earn a Diamond Quarterly Maintenance Rebate in any quarter over April 2023 – September 2024. • On qualifying for your Polo Vivo Comfort- line your 2 Sapphire Leaders will each receive R15,000 cash. • The qualifying Member needs to be in possession of a valid Drivers License upon qualifying for the vehicle.
MERCEDES BENZ A200 SEDAN Start: 7 April 2023 End: 7 October 2024 Earn your Mercedes Benz A200 Sedan by promoting 2 personally introduced Members who had a New Member status on 7 October 2022 to each earn a Diamond or beyond Quarterly Maintenance Rebate by 7 October 2024. Terms and Conditions: • The Mercedes Benz A200 Sedan Achiever must at least earn a Double Diamond Quarterly Maintenance Rebates in any quarter over April 2023 - September 2024. • On qualifying for your Mercedes Benz A200 Sedan your 2 Diamond Leaders will each receive R40,000 cash • The qualifying Member needs to be in possession of a valid Drivers License upon qualifying for the vehicle.
Vehicles will be presented at a prize giving ceremony within the borders of South Africa at times and places as determined by INUKA in conjunction with the achieving Member. Any additional cost and legal requirements associated with delivering the vehicles across South Africa’s borders will be the Member’s sole responsibility. The qualifying Member must ensure that all legal requirements are met, including but not limited to a valid driver’s license, proof of address and proof of insurance upon qualifying for the vehicle. 5. STATUSES & FAST PROGRESS LEADERSHIP CASH REBATES
This section contains: 5.1. Minimum requirements in an INUKA Month to reach Junior and Senior Status. 5.2. Minimum requirements in an INUKA Month to reach Leadership Statuses (Pearl and beyond) and to earn the Once-Off Fast Start Leadership Cash Rebates.

5.2. Minimum requirements to reach Pearl and Beyond Leadership Status and to earn Once-Off Fast Progress Cash Rebates. Once-Off Fast Progress cash rebates are given to Members who reach Pearl to Sapphire Leadership status within a certain time frame. Members who achieve Diamond status and beyond are paid the once-off cash rebates irrespective of the period since joining. Fast Progress leadership cash rebates require a certain minimum Group PV (of which at least 20 PV must be Personal PV) and certain minimum activity and/or performance from your personally introduced Members. To earn your Fast Progress Cash Rebate, all the minimum requirements must be met in the Sales Month you reach the status. See table below for minimum requirements and cash rebates. 5.2.1. The month you join is considered Month 0. 5.2.2. Please refer to section 6.2.2 for an explanation of the start and ending dates of an INUKA Month. 5.2.3. Cash amounts earned for Once-Off Fast Progress Rebates are paid out with Volume Rebates on the 20th of every month. 5.2.7. Members will receive the respective status when the required Group PV was reached in an INUKA Month.
It is important to understand the INUKA Sales Month. The date on which we have both your legible order and full payment reflecting in the INUKA Bank Account for the order, will be the Sales Month in which this order and PV will count for you.

6. VOLUME REBATE EARNINGS
The INUKA Compensation Plan rewards Members for selling products and for introducing and training Members in your downline to do the same. Monthly Cash Volume Rebates up to 16% are paid on your Personal PV and Group PV (4 levels deep). 6.1. Minimum requirements to earn Cash Volume Rebates: Members must reach Senior Status or beyond to qualify for monthly Volume Rebates. 7. QUARTERLY MAINTENANCE BONUS: MONTHLY REQUIREMENTS & CASH REBATES
In addition to monthly pay-outs, INUKA rewards Members that maintain Emerald Status and beyond for all 3 months in any INUKA Quarter (Jan-Mar, Apr-Jun, Jul-Sep, Oct-Dec). Members receive an additional R3,500, R11,000, R27,500, R55,000, R110,000, R275,000 and R660,000 per quarter for maintaining Emerald, Sapphire, Diamond, Double Diamond, Triple Diamond, Executive Diamond and Presidential Diamond Status respectively. Quarterly Maintenance involves an ongoing interest in the INUKA Business by recruiting, training and supporting your downline and therefore requires activity and efforts above the minimum standard. A sales consultant and a processor must be assigned to clarify and finalize your order, allocate your payment, and process your order to generate an invoice. 1. You can also manually fill in the printed copy of the order form, take a clear photo of the completed form and attach the image to your email. A 3rd option is to use the Electronic Member Order Form available as a download on your SIMO Portal. This Excel form will assist in calculating your order and payable amount. 2. HOW TO EFFECTIVELY APPLY PERFUME
The correct perfume application will maximize the longevity of your fragrance experience.
• Applying fragrance to the upper forearm is better than the inside of your wrist. The PH balance of the skin on the inside of your wrists can be more acidic and could affect the scent of your fragrance. Additionally, we often wear a watch, bracelets or other jewelry on our wrists. The metals or leather in these accessories can also impact the smell of a fragrance. The top of your hand or upper forearm is more consistent with the PH acidity of the rest of your body, giving you a better fragrance experience. At the back of the ears are glands that produce an oily substance that could also change your fragrance’s true smell. • Your hair is a perfect place to apply perfume. The oil in your hair is an excellent fragrance keeper. • The pulse points on your body generate heat, which helps your fragrance to radiate into the air. SACU Wholesale Prices are, on average, 16.5% more than South African Wholesale Prices to account for customs duties, taxes, and other applicable charges and risks associated with delivering products into SACU Countries.
13.2 AFRICAN COUNTRIES EXCLUDING RSA & SACU COUNTRIES Currently, INUKA does not ship products to destinations other than within South Africa and SACU Counties. Entrepreneurs from other African Countries can purchase products at South African Wholesale Prices and request delivery within the borders of South Africa. Importing products to your chosen end destination will be at your own cost and risk, including transport costs, customs duties, taxes, and other charges incurred in bringing the goods into your country of choice.
