Our Online Shopping System ensures a seamless and automated ordering process. No human interaction is required to finalize or clarify your order, allocate your payment, and process your order. Your invoice is automatically generated and sent directly to our Warehouse, where a dedicated Online Shopping Fast Lane is in place to finalize your order and prepare it for courier dispatch or collection at our Front Office. This automation saves you precious time. To begin shopping safely and securely, log onto simo.inuka.co.za from your computer, tablet, or cell phone using your Member Code and password. You can conveniently pay via debit, credit card, or online EFT. Easily find what you are looking for by searching for specific products, and the checkout process takes just a few minutes. If you ever forget your password, you can follow the prompts to have it sent to your cell number or email, ensuring a hassle-free experience. Your password will be sent to your cell number or email on our system. Kindly Note: ONLINE Bulk Orders are not a superfast dispatch and will fall under standard Bulk Order Dispatch times.
A sales consultant and a processor must be assigned to clarify and finalize your order, allocate your payment, and process your order to generate an invoice. 1. Email INUKA and indicate what you want to order and the quantities. You can also manually fill in the printed copy of the order form, take a clear photo of the completed form and attach the image to your email. A 3rd option is to use the Electronic Member Order Form available as a download on your SIMO Portal. This Excel form will assist in calculating your order and payable amount. 2. Pay your order via EFT, or make a direct deposit at the bank, or use the available funds on your INUKA Account. 3. Email your order and proof of payment to ONLY ONE of the below. Indicate in your email the address where you want the courier to deliver your order OR if you want to collect your order at the INUKA Front Office.
INUKA Staff Members need to do all the work on your behalf to get your order ready for invoicing. Due to the nature of this platform, it can take several days for your order to show 2 blue ticks on your side to indicate that your WhatsApp has been attended to.
Always recheck your order before submitting it via Email OR WhatsApp to make sure that your calculations are correct and that you have indicated all the required information: Your Name, Surname, Code, cell number, complete delivery address and if it is a perfume, lotion, body wash, roll-on etc. Also, clearly indicate if it is a male or female product and how many of each you want to order. You will also need to calculate your own PV’s and payable amount carefully and manually, which often involves human errors on your side holding up your order before your invoice can get to our Warehouse for picking and packing
