Retail Sales The Retail team continues to raise the bar, delivering back-to-back record-breaking months this summer! July Record Month! Closed 147 units for $40.6M – both all-time monthly records. For perspective: last July we did 88 units / $22M. Top Performers: Everett Brunelle (21 units / $7.68M), Jessica Reynolds (21 / $6.4M), Greg Valencia (16 / $4.1M). 14 Loan Officers funded over $1M, with 7 topping $2M. New Loan Originations: Just shy of the unit record, opening 244 new loans (worth over $77M – a new dollar record). Leaders: Greg Valencia (44 / $11.9M), Jessica Reynolds (29 / $9.6M), Everett Brunelle (24 / $14.3M). Congrats to the 2,000 Dial Club: to Long Tran (2,900), Carlos Bustamante (2,600), Peter Nguyen (2,500+), and Ryan Talesh (2,000+). August Another Record Month! Closed 135 units for $43.3M. August 2024 comparison: 84 units / $23.9M. Top Performers: Everett Brunelle (21 / $10.2M), Jessica Reynolds (18 / $6.99M), Greg Valencia (17 / $5.9M). 15 Loan Officers funded over $1M! New Loan Records: Opened 272 loans worth $91.2M, shattering the prior monthly records. That’s double the units and more than double the dollars from August 2024. Leaders: Everett Brunelle (33 / $23.3M), Greg Valencia (38 / $9.4M), Jessica Reynolds (29 / $7M), Sean Reihani (23 / $3.9M). Dial Champions: Overall: Graham Camacho with 2,462 dials and 38.8 talk hours. Retail Operations Retail had a powerhouse summer, delivering record-breaking results across back-to-back months! July: 147 loans funded for $40.6M – setting new all-time records for both Units and Volume. August: 136 loans funded for $43.5M – breaking the Volume record set just one month earlier. With 283 loans funded for over $84M in just two months, the Retail team continues to raise the bar and push new limits.
