JACK HIPP As a someone who works incredibly hard to get the most out of their education, receiving an award like this means so much. The generosity of our benefactors means so much to me and makes me so proud to be a KSU Owl. Going forward this award will allow me to continue my education and gives me the security to finish my degree. I cannot thank the school enough.
CALEB CONE Being awarded the Aprio Scholarship by the Educational Foundation of the GSCPA helped strengthen my ability to continue excelling inside the classroom as well as in my community. More than anything, knowing someone believed in my potential as a professional to invest in my education gave me the additional confidence in my ability and focus on my goals necessary to succeed at a high level. Financially, receiving support meant I could again focus better in the classroom while still providing for my wife and newborn daughter at home in my final year at KSU. It is humbling to be a scholarship recipient, and I consider it an investment in myself and my family and I am eager for it to bear fruit going forward.
I know that not everyone gets selected for the scholarship, so I am supremely appreciative. To me personally, the scholarship is a sign of confidence and faith in my abilities as a student. Other students could have easily been picked over me, so this must mean that some very important people see something special in me out of an already elite group of students. With that in mind, this scholarship comes with a sense of honor and duty. I am honored just by what the scholarship symbolizes, and I feel it is imperative that I show why I was chosen and make those that believe in me proud. Most of all, the KSU Foundation Scholarship reinvigorates me and helps me come in to the MAcc program even more mentally focused and determined than previously.

I am thankful to receive a scholarship that will help me attain my accounting degree from Kennesaw State. This scholarship allows me to take all courses without as high of a financial burden. The people who gave me the scholarship encourage me to push forward in order to follow my dreams. ANONYMOUS I am incredibly honored to have received not only one but two scholarship awards this year.
