In 2018, we educated over 2,800 kids and more than 150 teachers statewide, with a staff of just two people, imagine what we could accomplish with more! O ur mission at Alaska Resource Education (ARE) is to educate students AND teachers statewide about Alaska’s natural resources, their uses, how they are extracted and the careers that are associated with resource development. Support ARE at the AMA Annual Banquet and Fundraiser Nov. 7!
