SPECIAL TO THE ALASKA MINER Ucore Rare Metals Inc. has recently announced its: Mine-to-Metal-to-Market (M3) Plan. The plan is founded on its greatest asset, the Bokan-Dotson =TORPPLa3P=L]P0L]_S;]ZUPN_WZNL_POZY_SP^SZ]P^ of Kendrick Bay on Prince of Wales Island, coupled with the proposed Alaska Strategic Metals Complex (the Alaska SMC) to be constructed in Ketchikan. =L]PPL]_SPWPXPY_^=00LYOSPLad=003=00 are of critical importance to America’s most essential LYO[]ZWTʭNTYO`^_]TP^@NZ]Pɪ^8 ;WLYT^ML^POZY the following three components: Mine: Preparation of the Bokan HREE Mine to a “Shovel Ready” Status @NZ]Pɪ^ -ZVLY/Z_^ZY =TORP =00 ]P^Z`]NP _SP 8TYP NZY_LTY^ _SP STRSP^_R]LOP ZQ 3=00 ZY @> soil, disclosed in compliance with National Instru- ment 43-101 (NI 43-101) standards.
