1. Open a new email.

2. Click the “Signature” icon in the header.

2. In the top right, click “Settings” and then “See all settings.”

3. Select “Signatures…”

3. In the “Signature” section, paste the selected message into the signature editor. You can format the text or add an image as needed.

4. Choose your main external signature and paste in the selected message. You can format the text style as needed. 5. Choose whether the signature should appear on new messages, replies/forwards, or both.

Create Your Own Promotional Video for SWVS 2026 A short promotional video is one of the most effective ways to help drive traffic to your booth by building excitement for SWVS 2026. Exhibitors who share event content early often see stronger engagement and more visibility with attendees leading up to the show. Your Call-to Action Record a quick 30–60 second video letting your customers and network know you’ll be exhibiting at SWVS 2026 and share it on your social channels. It doesn’t need to be fancy—just authentic, clear, and focused on why attendees should stop by your booth. Tips for Filming on Your Phone • Lighting: Face a window or place a light source in front of you; avoid cluttered backgrounds. • Resolution: Use the highest available quality.

• iPhone: Settings > Camera > Record Video > select 4K at 60 fps • Android: Camera app > Settings > Video Quality > Full HD or higher • Orientation: Record horizontally to avoid black bars. • Stability: Use a tripod or create one with simple household items.

• Framing: Move the phone closer instead of using digital zoom to avoid pixelation. • Sound: Turn off fans/white noise and keep the phone close for clearer audio. • Delivery: Outline your key points and rehearse, but avoid reading directly from a script. Keep notes near the camera for reference.
