PROMULGATION MEMO
Central Washington University has incorporated its major emergency planning programs into this Comprehensive Emergency Management Plan (CEMP). The plan is a directive authorizing the organization and designated personnel to prepare for and execute assigned emergency response tasks. The CEMP includes response guidelines, Emergency Operations Center procedures Building Emergency Plan template, and our Emergency Notification Plan. The plan will ensure the University community is well prepared to react to emergencies at the central campus. The CEMP is a tool. It requires the faculty, staff and students to stay vigilant, embrace the preparedness concepts, and ensure the procedures become part of our daily routine. We must all prepare for the "unexpected" and be ready if disaster strikes our great university.
