CHECKLIST FOR EMERGENCY OPERATIONS CENTER MANAGER (To Be Assigned at Time of Emergency)

q Manage the Emergency Operations Center q Establish EOC security procedures q Make arrangements for on-going operation of the EOC, including personnel, supplies and equipment q Coordinate with the Finance/Administration Section Chief for EOC needs q Ensure ICS forms are available and distributed as needed q Ensure adequate communications for the event, both at its current level and its anticipated level q Supervise EOC staff, determine staffing levels, make staff assignments, and determine shifts of operation

q Ensure work stations and offices have necessary supplies q Arrange for food and beverage service, if appropriate q Initiate and maintain an EOC log q Initiate and maintain a communications log
