Student Activities Funds These funds are historically stable, are mostly funded by mandatory student fees tied to bond payments for the SURC, and are charged to all Ellensburg students. Annual volatility in first- year enrollment is not as severe, however prolonged enrollment shortfalls would necessitate a reduction in services.
