For any class a graduate student is enrolled in with a catalog number greater than or equal to 500, the corresponding units are divided by 10. For any class a student is enrolled in that is less than 500 catalog number, the corresponding units is divided by 15. The resulting FTE is then summed for each student to get their total FTE. Students taking all undergraduate courses will have their total units divided by 15. Students taking graduate level courses will have their total units divided by 10. This data source excludes all non-credit bearing international (UESL, AUAP) students (~50 students a term). This data source also excludes all FTE generated through credit by examination. This report includes FTE’s greater than 1.0, such that a student taking 18 credits in classes with a catalog number less than 500, will have 1.2 FTE (18/15).
