Changes/Issues/Decisions This section is provided as a point of reference for changes, issues or decision relating to project, policy, procedure or process that may require stakeholder review, advisement, approval or escalation. R ECOMMENDATION K EY D ECISIONS AND R ESOLUTION Current work efforts/plans are not providing self-service data sources needed to address the project scope. Extend the project for an additional 3 months and focus on the dimensional data marts. Project timeline extended until Jan 31; Focus on Data Marts; 3 IE resources dedicated to the project; PMO directly manages;

Faculty Data (TT/NTT, Degrees held, admin positions, rank, etc.) is not in alignment with reporting requirements. Operational requirements and specifications are not available for some areas (Athletics, Alumni, Housing, Conduct, etc.)

Document discrepancies, formulate options and escalate for decision.

It was decided to consolidate and manage the key faculty data fields in the PS HR system. Tenured data was completed.

Assess, reevaluate and collect data and reporting requirements.

Risk Management This section is provided as a point of reference for identified risks to the project, their potential impact, probability of occurring and mitigating actions recommended or initiated.
