CWU-Board-Meeting-Agenda-10-22

EXECUTIVE SUMMARY Central Washington University is undertaking several projects to accommodate growth in enrollment. These projects include a 402 bed residence hall, a recreation center expansion, and upgrades to Tomlinson Stadium. This transportation impact analysis includes trip generation, intersection level of service (LOS), mitigation for impacted intersections, and a discussion of parking provision. A summary of intersection LOS results is presented in Table 1 . This document also includes a transportation impact fee assessment for all projects. With the addition of the growth expanding projects, all intersections analyzed in this report remain within the City of Ellensburg vehicle delay standard of LOS C under all scenarios, with the exception of 14 th Avenue & Water Street, which requires mitigation under 2020 plus project conditions.
