CHUCK MIFSUD
Responsible for overall leadership, growth and direction of Premier Construction which includes budgeting, sales, advertising and providing exceptional customer service. Bid and sold construction projects to residential and commercial customers. Responsible for administering accounts receivable, accounts payable, employee payroll as well as purchasing supplies and inventory. Responsible for cash management, strategic planning and areas related to measuring company performance. First point of contact for customers, responsible for achieving high levels of customer service and satisfaction. Progressive use of technology and applications. Chuck's current resume consists of four years at Howard Hanna Property Management, where he grew the business from 73 Properties to 350 properties. These properties consisted of single-family homes to multi- family homes ranging from 20 doors to one 100 door apartment complexes. Chuck was recruited by Century 21 Affiliated for his expertise in management systems and his style which complements their tools and resources. This allowed them to grow the property management business and offer their clients the high level of service that comes with managing their properties. Chuck Mifsud 20 years’ experience in construction and property management along with a bachelor’s degree in finance. This has given him the proper tools needed to manage single family, multifamily and commercial properties at a very high level. Prior to his employment at Century 21 Affiliated he was a successful business owner and built up to thirty houses a year. His responsibilities included: Rudy began his Real Estate career 20 years ago in Property Management in Washtenaw County as the Business Manager of over 850 properties and a staff of 35 people ranging from administrative staff to contractors, builders, and subcontractors. During the early days of his career, he obtained his bachelor's degree from Eastern Michigan University in Business Administration and his master's degree in Human Resources and Organizational Development ending with a 3.95 GPA. He concluded his 14-year career in Property Management to sell residential, investment and commercial Real Estate full time where he remained in the top 1% of all agents in his former brokerage of over 180 Realtors for 6 years. In May 2021 Rudy Acuna joined the Century 21 Affiliated family as a Manager and Team Leader being able to utilize his passion for training, recruiting, mentoring, and growing a business, its realtors, departments, and ancillary services such as Property Management. Having an active day to day role in the success of the office, Property Management, ancillary services and having relocated the office’s physical location to a high-profile downtown location are amazing things that will help foster growth and success for all that are a part of the Century 21 Affiliated Ann Arbor team.
