Amended statute will protect claim holders from paperwork errors

Many Heroes on Senate Bill 155

It is nothing short of amazing that this was accomplished in the waning days before the Legislature recessed for COVID-19. There were many ų屟ŅĹŸƵĘƼŸƚÏʱŸŞåÏĜĀÏ technical bill would not be able to be accomplished, but due to the tenacity of Sen. Click Bishop, and many other friends in the Legislature, both bodies focused on the need to stop the issues that were resulting in loss of claims and investment by Alaska’s miners. Of course, right now we cannot celebrate in person, but we will certainly put such an event on our long term to do list. In the meantime, we have many people to thank: „ Sen.
