Gemma Mullis MCIPPdip is the EPA manager and payroll expert who looks at the big picture for the team – developing assessments for upcoming standards and planning our next steps as an EPAO. She spends many of her days bouncing from meeting to meeting and keeping everyone on track and up to date. Gemma is a prolific reader on her Kindle and loves holidays but don’t expect her to stay in anything less than five-star luxury.
Leigh-Ann Hart ACIPP is the EPA executive who ensures we stay compliant and is always on the lookout for new ways to support our apprentices and training providers alike. You’ll often find her writing new processes and guidance while checking off multiple to-do lists on one of the several notepads she keeps in rotation. Leigh-Ann likes pina coladas and getting caught in the rain… or rather mojitos and staying dry on a dancefloor.
Rachel Squires-Din ACIPP is the EPA co-ordinator with organisational skills beyond comparison, so she looks after all our apprentices’ bookings and progress. The master of a thousand spreadsheets, she spends much of her time ensuring the apprentices have everything necessary for their next assessment and that we have everything necessary from their last one. A sports fan and staunch Manchester United supporter, you can usually find Rachel watching football, cricket or NFL in her spare time with her husband, children and cats – it’s a rowdy house.

The PTC top up allows those who have completed the PTC to broaden their skillset further by achieving a working knowledge of data protection, and apply complex payroll legislation and contractual obligations to the principles of Automatic Enrolment and Salary Sacrifice.
The Advanced certificate contains the same content as the Payroll Technician Certificate, plus three extra modules covering the following areas: Data protection and audit considerations, automatic enrolment and pension principles and administering salary sacrifice for payroll.
