Coeur reports high-grade drill results at Kensington from the Elmira and Ophir veins Coeur Alaska – Kensington Mine (Kensington) has been in operation since July 2010. In 2018, 113,778 ounces were mined from Kens- ington including initial commercial production from the Jualin ore body beginning in December. Coeur Alaska mined approximately 23,000 tons of devel- opment ore and 3,000 tons of stope ore from Jualin during the fourth quarter, and produced (inclusive of pre-commercial) approximately 10,500 ounces of gold at a grade of 0.40 ounces per ton; demonstrat- ing the impact that high-grade mill feed can have on the overall production profile of Kensington. (“Trilogy”) had a very produc- tive year in 2018 accomplishing several goals at its Upper Kobuk Mineral Projects (“UKMP”) which in- clude its Arctic and Bornite Projects. During the year, the company completed a pre-feasibility study at Arctic which demonstrat- ed that the project has very robust economics at a variety of metals prices. The company also received the second installment of $10 million from South 32 Limited (“South32”), which is one of the largest base metal mining companies in the world. The second payment allows South32 to maintain the option to form a joint venture with Trilogy at the UKMP. During the 2018 summer field season, Trilogy drilled an additional 12 drill holes comprising 10,123 meters at the Bornite Project. Of note was drill hole RC18-0247 which contains an interval of 16.4 meters of 5.34 percent copper. Trilogy also released its first cobalt resource es- timate at Bornite, which is estimated to contain 77 million pounds of cobalt. Cobalt, which is used in the manufacture of rechargeable batteries, has been classified as a critical metal to the national securi- ty and economy of the United States by the United
