The Mission Statement at Carolina Solution, Inc. Carolina Solution is committed to empower individuals, strengthen families and groups, and rebuild communities through providing high quality mental health services. We have medical experience from being an apprentice to being a practicing professional; and we are licensed by the state to practice our profession. Ultimately, we aim to contribute to the community by helping one family after another in coping with developmental or mental disability. Mr. Locklear holds many academic credentials. In 2005 he received an MSW from the University of South Carolina; a Bachelors of Social Work in 2004 from the University of North Carolina in Pembroke, NC; and an Associates of Arts in 2002 from Sandhills Community College in Pinehurst, NC.
