PittmanPT_Are You Taking Care of Your Heart?

A Crazy January continued look tired, or have you lost weight? NO. I AM tired and I hide the weight really well. Needless to say, January was really crazy. With school starting back up, the new office opening up, Hope getting sick, Stone going back to college, Soph going back to LA. Just a little stressful. All that to say that I will totally miss this time in my life real soon. It sounds like I am complaining. I might be a little bit, but not for long… next week will be great. Tomorrow is a new day. I tell my kids constantly that I will miss the time in the car with them when it is over. They still apologize, though.

When Jennifer came to us, she had been in a lot of pain. “The pain in my neck and shoulders was pretty bad. It was preventing me from sleeping and made work and hobbies difficult. I am an avid walker but had been unable to walk my dogs (who LOVE our walks) for months! The PT sessions, as well as the exercises to do from home, helped me get my normal life back! Sleep is almost 100% — the pain is gone and I am looking forward to my mountain vacation. Mallory and Trey were excellent at showing me how to improve my pain as well as giving me measures to PREVENT pain in the future. Do not hesitate to get physical therapy! Pittman can help YOU! Either you can stay in pain or you can go to Pittman where they show YOU how to change YOUR life!” Jennifer Tanner
