30 years of IDO World Tap dance Championships
EXCEPTIONAL & OUTSTANDING Glorea Jean Cuming set new and stunning choeograhic levels with clean and excitingly changing lines of the formations, the costumes and grooming of her dancers. Later formations all over the world took this speciality also for their own formations and so the standard at the IDO World Championships rose steadily year by year to today’s high level.

EXCEPTIONAL & OUTSTANDING The Penguin Tappers from Hemsbach, Germany have been continuously with us from the first IDO World Tap dance Championship in Hamburg 1991 as solos and/or duos and since 1995 with their stunning formations. In 2009 and 2015 the Penguin Tappers won the adult’s IDO World Champion formation title for 2 times and additionally have gained so many excellent medals and placings in the finals. Today many of their dancers from the first years are excellently training and choreographing the “young ones” with great enthusiasm and success.
