30 years of IDO World Tap dance Championships
This was new in 1996
IDO Chairman of judges This was also the first time IDO followed my proposal and appointed a “Chairperson of Judges” t o guide the panel of judges as tap dance expert: Mr. William E. (Bill) Fowler It was the start of a long-time career in a row as Chairman until 2016 in Riesa. Germany. Bill became THE famous Chairman of Judges in the IDO with many others excellent IDO officials to follow in the other dance
disciplines and years. Tap-Expert judges
From this time on IDO required that the country’s appointed to send judg es for the IDO World Tap dance Championship s were obliged to send proven tap experts. And we can be proud of the IDO’s excellent panels of tap dance judges. See the names of all judges since 1991 untill 2019. In other words: The IDO World Tap dance Championships began to develop with excellent tap experts. Thankfully today this is selfunderstanding.

Side Story Ms. Yvonne Keller from Switzerland has won the first prize of the “ Evening -TOMBOLA ” , which was a BMW 3 limousine.
Yvonne happily told me she has driven this beautiful car for many years.
