Leonardo D’Angelo started to dance, when he was 3 years old - Emanuele did it 1 year later with 4. Thanks to their mother, Mrs. Graziella di Marco truly a famous and most talented dance choreographer. They did performing arts dances in these days, Jazz, Modern, Ballet and also Tap. Then they became fond of tap dance. I remember them very well from the children age division via the juniors to the adult’s division with their unique style: to transmit happiness to the other dancers, the judges and spectators. I also remember the speed and power of this brother-duo paired with energy and humor. In the early years Graziella choreographed the tap dance shows. Later they choreographed them themselves with the most experienced mother always having an eye upon them from outside as a third supporting person. They considered the competitions in Riesa as most important in their career to meet with other dancers to learn from and to become friends. For them ”Riesa” became the “world of tap dance”. In 2019 they were contacted by the production company from J.Lo to participate at the show “World of Dance” in New York City. Both brothers enjoyed the many competitions very much during the long days and finally came into the last final.
Leonardo and Emanuele considered “Riesa” as the start and most important time in their career which has come to the end as a competitive duo. But off course they do shows in Italy - TV-shows or in theatres, galas etc. They are professional tap dance teachers in their mother’s studio “Jazz&Co Dance Studio” loving to give their knowledge of Tap dance to other people especially younger ones.
