Bea Widmann / Switzerl and IDO-Judge and Team Captain
I didn't start tap dancing lessons until I was twenty. Very fast a passion was born. I did join the show group of the tap dance school and I was able to step in for my teachers if someone was unable to give the lesson. After about 10 years I was encouraged to become a judge and I started to work for Swiss tap association. But always I had a 100% job as Receptionist/ Assistant. Tapdance was never my profession, but it is still my passion. My first time in Riesa was in 2000 as a dancer - I liked the friendly spirit between the dancers, as we have one common language. Later I was in Riesa as a judge or team captain and the friendly reception from the lord mayor of Riesa was always lovely. Hope to be there again soon. I'm missing the worldwide tap family.
