Our LIVE winery certification focuses on energy e iciency, safety, and wastewater treatment. Catacombs throughout our Reserve Winery draw in nighttime air, acting as a natural cooling system. Our vineyard became LIVE certified in 2006 and the winery in 2009. Our Reserve Winery and Tasting Room were constructed from materials with a high percentage of recycled content to conserve natural resources. 96% of construction waste was recycled, diverting resources from the landfill.
