JUMILLA, SPAIN
The sun-kissed, dry climate of Jumilla impacts the full-bodied grape of Monastrell (aka Mourvèdre) giving rich currant and smoke on the nose and powerful silky cassis on the palate that fi nishes smoothly with a perfect balance of acidity and ripe tannins. The vineyards are grown without any irrigation and only natural rainfall, as well as no chemicals or pesticides meeting EU standards. Pairs well with any grilled, roasted red meats or cured cheese.
