Analysis of Anions in Water Shim-pack IC-SA2 was developed for anion analysis with a Shimadzu Ion Chromatograph HIC-SP (suppressor type). It is capable of analyzing fluoride ions, chloride ions, nitrite ions, bromide ions, nitrate ions, phosphate ions, sulfate ions, etc., making it possible to be used in both tap water and environmental water analysis.

High-Resolution Determination of the Components in Water-Quality Analysis
Environmental water and mineral water usually contain silicate. In this kind of analysis, although the water sample contains a large amount of silicic acid, fluoride ions can still be separated and determined with high resolution (same mobile phase as above was used).
