UHPLC/HPLC Columns
Shim-pack GIST Amide
Strong retention of polar compounds This is the amide type HILIC column in the Shim-pack Series. It shows stronger retention of polar compounds than other HILIC columns such as unmodified silica and Diol type and it provides a different selectivity. It is also highly durable, which is a characteristic of the Shim-pack GIST Series. In addition to analysis of oligosaccharides and glycans, Amide type HILIC columns are often used as general HILIC columns as they are applicable to a wide range of samples.
