SUPPORT
One Circle Foundation hosted thirteen complimentary Facilitator Support Sessions, serving nearly 50 Circle facilitators who, in turn, provided programming to over 700 youth. At each gathering, one participant received a gifted activity guide. These support groups focused on critical themes such as supporting LGBTQ+ youth, managing group dynamics, and building connections with outside programs. Additionally, our staff dedicated significant time—through phone calls, in-person meetings, and Zoom sessions—to support facilitators with implementation questions, grant applications, and program development. We also continued offering helpful resources through our blog, including articles like “Supporting Neurodivergent Youth in Circle” and “Adapting OCF Curricula for All Populations.” These resources provide practical tools to help facilitators meet the diverse needs of the youth they serve.
CONSULTATION
In addition to our facilitator trainings, OCF provided formal consultation services to organizations committed to long-term Circle implementation. These customized support sessions went beyond initial training, offering implementation planning, quality assurance, sustainability strategies, and individualized goal setting to help organizations integrate Circles effectively. Many consultations also included live Circle demonstrations, ensuring facilitators had hands-on guidance in creating meaningful, sustainable programming.
