300ml Three Spirit Nightcap 250ml Lyres Amaretti 1 bottle of Natureo Syrah Orange peels from one orange 15 cloves 5 all spice 3 cinnamon sticks 100g sugar or sugar substitute
Method: Cook and stir all together in medium heat for 10- 15 minutes and double strain to remove small aromats. Can be reheated in kettle or pot again. Flavour: Decadent flavours of wood, bright spices and citrus herbs make a luxurious slow-sipper.
